DIRECTIONS TO A&J ANGUS
Valley View is located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and FM 922 in Cooke County. It is easy to locate if you are coming from any direction. It is approximately 12 miles South of Gainesville, and approximately 20 miles North of Denton on Interstate 35.
To find our ranch, go west from Valley View on FM 922 for approximately 3 miles to CR 309. Our ranch sign is on the corner of CR 309 and FM 922. Turn North (right) on CR 309 and go approximately 1 mile to the intersection of CR 322 and CR 309. Turn West (left) and go approximately 1 mile to our ranch entrance on the North side of CR 322.
